LaVasha exudes passion when events, trainings, and project management are involved. She is a results- oriented professional with a unique background integrating marketing, event management, and project management into learning & development applications. LaVasha has over 15 years of experience in community health project management and communication planning with an emphasis on strategic change management. Currently, Ms .Lobbins is leveraging her business acumen and experience. Previously, she worked on projects both in the medical device and higher education industries. In addition, she served as an Interim Education Director for the Neurocritical Care Society managing their physician eLearning program, annual meeting with over 1400 neurologist, education grants, online library, publications, and facilitating over 7 active physician committees. LaVasha earned her Master’s degree in Education and Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Lobbins is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP). She served as board member with the American Marketing Association, American Diabetes Association and American Society of Training & Development.  She currently is a board member of the Healthcare Public Relations & Marketing Association of Southern California, member of the Southern California Medical Education Council and Association of Talent Development of Orange County.
