Fight Stroke Now (FSN) is a patient empowerment training and development nonprofit organization that gives the patient a voice and a method for becoming their own health advocate. Specific tools are designed to help patients communicate efficiently with their physicians. In addition, we strive to bring medical education and a clear understanding of the disease state so the patient can make sound decisions on their healthcare.

Mission: To educate and train patients on stroke that will yield better healthcare outcomes.

Vision: To lower mortality and disability rates by developing experiential programs to train the patient and physician resulting in increased health screenings, higher enrollment in quality treatment options, implementation of stroke guidelines, and increased participation in preventative programs.
