LaVasha Cain-Lobbins, Founder and Executive Director of Fight Stroke Now received the Silver Award for the Marketing & Communication Campaign Category. The “Stroke Empowerment Training Program” was designed to empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare advocates on navigating the hospital system, providing information on new medical technologies available in stroke care and identifying methods to reduce the likelihood of disabilities from an ischemic stroke.
