Fight Stroke Now is a stroke education initiative founded by Dr. LaVasha Cain-Lobbins. It grew from her family's direct experience with stroke and her professional background spanning healthcare education, neurocritical care, and medical-device environments.
This initiative exists to make stroke care understandable -- for patients, families, and the healthcare professionals who serve them -- before a stroke becomes personal. We bring together physician education, community outreach, and hands-on training to close the gap between awareness and action.
